The study explains that civil servants with a sincere work ethic tend to demonstrate greater dedication, responsibility, and commitment to their duties and public service. Furthermore, transformational leadership is considered capable of building an inspiring work environment, encouraging innovation, and increasing employee motivation in achieving organizational goals.
Meanwhile, a proactive personality is a key characteristic that supports civil servants’ ability to navigate change, solve problems independently, and create innovations in the workplace. The combination of these three factors has been shown to strengthen employee engagement, positively impacting individual performance.
