Jakarta – The Doctoral Program held a dissertation hearing for a student named Elfira Sylviani Kaunang on Thursday, May 7, 2026. This hearing raised a strategic theme regarding the transformation of national airspace policy. In the hearing, Elfira presented the theme of National Airspace Policy. This research is within the concentration of Public Policy.

The trial was held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 08.00–09.00 WIB, with a panel of examiners consisting of academics and experts in their fields. The examining team was led by Yolanda Masnita Siagian as the chief examiner. The promoter in this trial was Muhammad Zilal Hamzah, accompanied by co-promoter Tri Kunawangsih P. Also present as examiners were Husna Leila Yusran and Syofriza Syofyan. Meanwhile, the minutes of the trial were taken by Harmaini.

The research presented by Elfira emphasized technological innovation in airspace management. This session is expected to provide academic contributions and policy recommendations for the government and stakeholders in strengthening national airspace management and state sovereignty.
