Dr. Dadang Supriatna, S.Ip., M.Si., familiarly known as Kang DS, is a politician and bureaucrat from Bandung Regency who was born on August 7, 1971 in Tegalluar from a simple family of farmers and red brick craftsmen, who climbed his career path from the Head of the Village Youth Organization, two terms as Head of Tegalluar Village, member of the Bandung Regency DPRD, to a member of the West Java DPRD before finally being elected as Regent of Bandung in 2021. Dr. Dadang Supriatna, S.Ip., M.Si. Is an alumnus of the Doctoral Program in Economics, concentration in Management (HR). He is also the Regent of Bandung for the 2021–2026 period. Studying at Trisakti University made him a visionary leader who came from the grassroots, experienced in bureaucracy and politics, and strongly committed to the welfare of the people of Bandung Regency.
